Bishop Gerald M. Barbarito is pleased to announce the following appointments:
Effective July 1:
• Father Duván Bermúdez, from parochial vicar of the Cathedral of St. Ignatius Loyola to parochial vicar of Sacred Heart Parish in Lake Worth.
• Father Andrew Brierley, from parochial vicar of St. Vincent Ferrer Parish, Delray Beach, to parochial vicar of the Cathedral of St. Ignatius Loyola.
• Father David Carr, from pastor of St. Luke Parish in Lake Worth and president of Cardinal Newman High School to full-time president of Cardinal Newman High School.
• Father Yves François, from parochial vicar of the Cathedral of St. Ignatius Loyola and vocations director to full-time vocations director, director of seminarians and episcopal delegate for senior priests.
• Father Joseph Kuczborski, from parochial vicar of St. Vincent Ferrer Parish, Delray Beach, to retirement.
• Father Edgar Mazieragos, from parochial vicar of Sacred Heart Parish, Lake Worth, to parochial vicar of the Cathedral of St. Ignatius Loyola.

• Father John Pasquini, from parochial administrator of St. John of the Cross Parish, Vero Beach, to pastor of St. John of the Cross Parish.

Effective August 15:
• Father Dumarsais Pierre-Louis, from full-time chaplain at Cardinal Newman High School to part-time chaplain at Cardinal Newman High School and part-time priest in charge of Haitian ministry at St. Ann Church, West Palm Beach.
Effective October 15:
• Father Charles Notabartolo, from parochial administrator of St. Jude Parish, Tequesta, to pastor of St. Jude Parish while remaining vicar general.
• Father Thomas Vengayil, from pastor of St. Jude Parish, Tequesta, to retirement and pastor emeritus of St. Jude Parish.
